WHAT IS MOCRA 2022 AND WHY IS IT IMPORTANT TO MY BRAND?

The FDA has implemented new guidelines for cosmetic manufacturers and brands. Manufacturing facilities and the products made within must be registered with the FDA. Exceptions are made for small businesses (less than $1MM annually over the past 3 years) and others. Registration for exempt companies is optional, and NCM does recommend that all clients register their products with the FDA.

Responsible Parties (brand owners) must register their products by July 1, 2024. You will need to know the NCM Facility Establishment Identifier (FEI #), listed below. When NCM registered our facility, it was required to provide a current client list and the category of product you distribute.
